I'm Norwegian, based in Marbella for the past 7 years. My background is 15+ years in real estate — investment, deal structuring, and connecting Nordic capital with the right opportunities in Southern Europe.
I founded Dztination to give Nordic and international investors direct access to off-market opportunities on the Costa del Sol. I co-invest alongside my clients. That alignment is the whole point.
Current projects span a new-build luxury villa under construction, an active flip project, and a portfolio acquisition in progress. I run High-End Homes with my wife Ann — a luxury interior design company that handles the finishing of everything we build and buy.

Villa Fairway is my personal flagship project — a ground-up luxury villa build in one of Marbella's most sought-after golf addresses. Construction is underway, with completion expected within the year. Designed for the high-end buyer who wants a fully finished product in a prime location.
